If you can get by the unfriendly welcome--"Do you have a reservation?" when every table is empty, it does get better. (Each and every time!) We booked the Thalassa Restaurant for our dinner and dance Saturday, July 23rd. The staff did a great job and the food was outstanding. There was such a wonderful variety and all cooked to perfection. One couldn't have asked for a better view; the sunset was awesome. Just had a lovely meal in Qualicum Beach at Thalassa Restauraunt. Food was plentiful, I don't think you could leave there hungry. The servers were attentive and new just when to refill drinks and clear tables. The view from every seat was amazing, looking over the waters of Qualicum Beach. More
