A special occasion (Graduation) what a disaster! we were a party of eight, and choose a variety of dishes. My wife and I had Halibut, probabley 4 ozs, if that, zapped in a microwave on high for half an hour. Everybody thought their main dish was poor and tasteless . The food, ambiance and service were all very good, The panoramic view justifies the slightly inflated prices. Sunset is magic.

Horizon's is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. It's expensive and the menu is small, but changes frequently. Service was very good. A nice menu with choices to please most all tastes. A great location. Overall a good value and I would return on a future visit to the area.

“Great view but medioc pricey food”

The steaks we had were really tough and the dessert, Creme Brule was not good. Service is good but that is not good enough considering how pricey the food was.
