Pricey, but worth the cost. Service is excellent, good wine selection, menu has some variety and wonderful dining area. The deck in the summer is a delight.

I am an executive in a high end industry this is the place we all choose to go. When you come to this restaurant you have all the high end service you would get in a city. These people care about a true dining experience with an "at home" flair.

My wife and I have visited the Brasserie a few times within the last year. We have been impressed with the food, wine selection and great atmosphere each time.
Appetizers: Definitely love the mussels and warmed olives.
Atmosphere: By far the best place to spend a romantic evening on the shores of Lake Huron

The HSB is the best fine dining restaurant for miles around. The host, Dianne, and chef, Derek, provide a culinary experience that you will only experience in major cities. Everything is organic, and cooked to order and the outside deck with views of Lake Huron give you best Kincardine and Bruce County can offer.

Was visiting the town for only one night in early September, and had heard by word of mouth that this place was it...
Stopped by, but booked solid. As my wife and I were leaving, waitress came running out to inform us of a cancellation... back in we went! (reservations I would guess are recommended).
