Been many, many times since its main focus was on Indonesian food - the local tastes (or lack thereof) forced her to go more mainstream but she never gave up on us and so I am a HUGE fan. Her remaining Indonesian dishes are to die for!!

Maybe it depends on who is cooking or something, but the food ranges from poor to good. For example, The chicken sandwich with avacado can sometimes be a tender piece of breast to something that is dry & hard around the edges.

The pad thai, spinach dip, fajitas, sweet potato fries and hummus are phenomenal. If you are looking for something different to eat then the Blue Elephant is the best place to go. My wife and I have been going to the "Blue" for years. Having visited many pubs in Europe, particularly England, Ireland and Scotland, this is as close as you will get to a traditional pub atmosphere. Food is not bad but not great. Service is usually very good.

On entering, the dining room seemed closed, they had a full bar and outdoor seating. Since it was an important business dinner, we asked and were seated in the dining room. We must have been invisible. It took forever to order drinks, then meals, and when the steaks came they were so thin and overdone, tough. Never again.

I used to go to the restaurant all the time. I never expect much as it is obvious most of the food is pre-prepared and microwaved/heated up.
