Walter makes a mean sausage and by that I mean he makes quality product and has been for years. Guess thats why most hotels by his breakfast sausages by the box loads.

Seriously fine quality from go to woe in CANMORE AB no less! recommended as a meat provider for your 'home' consumption as well. Coffee & baking in the cafe were excellent; value taste service cannot be faulted . our highest recommendation

The Valbella is a bit of an institution in Canmore. Austrian meat processing and exceptional meats. I understand supplier to Sun Terra's in Edmonton and Calgary. Go in the week. Less busy.

Great Place for a quick snack but mostly known for there to go deli items of which I highly recommend. There breads, pizza to go & all there ta cook at home entres are amazing. Everything's super fresh & delish. Great place ta fill up the cooler
