Yes, its not your typical Vancouver Italian restaurant, and there are many at different price points, and varying cuisines, to consider in Vancouver. East Side Marios is about the middle of the pack, competent, generic, and priced well for families. We have ate at East Side Mario's in London and Windsor and have had excellent service and food in both places.....it is a favorite of our family....

It would be impossible to receive worse service - been here about a dozen times because the food is pretty good, but the service was dismal on 10 of those, and so pathetic on the last that I wont go back - 20 minutes in a booth while waitresses ignore us.
