The food was acceptable but the service was very slow. Server did not come back once the food was brought. Had to ask 3 separate people if we could have our bill just so that we could leave.

I stayed at the Sheraton for a week so ate here for breakfast (in a rush), the breakfast plate are about $15 and up, plus $4 for coffee or orange juice.

Menu offerings were good, beers were frosty and the bartenders took the time to ask my name and engage me. Nice for the solo business traveller.
Ate at Harold's on several different times while staying at Sheraton Hotel in Richmond. Loved the Butternut Squash Soup. Sophia recommends Spinach Salad. Braised Lamb Shank, Pacific Salmon and Hungarian Gulash were great. Not too impressed with Ahi Tuna Steak. Seasoning must be done better. Service was good and attentive. Assorted Cheese Plate is a nice item on the menu.
Great food, great service & great value. Highly recommended.
It OK, but for burgers, fish and chips, etc. there are better at the same or slightly cheape prices in the immediate area.
Good menu selection, good service, nice spacious restaurant area, and good value food - a welcome change from many hotel restaurants. The quirky Harold link (and pictures) are a nice touch too!

We visited on a Friday night, tired and hungry about 8:45 after a long day of errands. The restaurant was empty - the bar was hopping....
