Very Personalized service, exceptional flavors, a lot of fun
It is a short derive south of Todos Santos and well worth the trip. The menu was eclectic. Everything the four of us tried was tasty.
The restaurant is in an unlikely location, but has a VERY clean and pleasant setting. The owner and his wife are charming, friendly, welcoming and the food was terrific. But you should be cautious - if they recommend something - it is ALWAYS the most expensive, pricey even by US standards - and they do not tell you this. Bargains...

Went for lunch, finally met the famous Kong. Carlos took care of us - the frie banana with crab and shrimp was grubbing! Also enjoyed the fish of the day in a curry dish. Outside patio in shade, cash only. A good pit stop that kept us full all day. Surprised they don't have sign on main road. Hurray for...

Carlito makes eating a pleasure in Todos Santos. Everything he touches he does as if it is an art form.
16 of us descended upon Carlito - eight kids, eight adults. He accommodated both the needs of a kid table (miso soup, teriyaki, simple rolls) and a "foodie" adult table (stuffed banana pepper, rolls, lobster sashimi, etc). Super food, great service, darling pug, and a big personality chef!!! Don't miss this five star restaurant in a dusty little town!
If you are headed this way, you must stop here. The food here rivals any sushi restaurant in the states, bottom line. Carlito, Arianda, and King Kong make you feel at home in their unique establishment. It's not the ambiance, but it is the ambiance! Simple open air cafe with no frills, a blanket when it cools down, and a...

First off, we are big fans of the sushi roll. We are on what we thought was a never-ending quest to find the best and our favorite. Little did we know when we took the advice of our friendly Canadian neighbors at Cerritos that our quest might have come ot an end. Off a pot-hole filled dirt road in "downtown"...

This is a must eat place if you are visiting the Todos Santos area. It is outdoor dining, dirt road to it, but clean, bright, excellent service and to die for food.... the stuffed banana pepper with crab and shrimp and cheese appetizer was delicious as was everything. The Chef explains all the dishes -- top notch food at a...
