This is the place to eat in Burano. We were given an amazing table on the roof of the restaurant which had the most incredible views. The pasta was delicious and fresh and they had some lovely artisan local beers which were really unusual. Its a family run business and we got to meet all the family! Very charming place.... More

Burano is a lovely island although a little overcrowded by tourists. Still, it is possible to eat quite well in this small restaurant. We walked into Riva Rosa for a quick lunch and came out having had the best meal experience in Venice. The service was very personalized and we had an amazing meal. Small, charming restaurant. Great to sit outside off the canal or inside. I had linguini with clams and mussels, wine and biscotti for 24€ (about $32). They also gave us complimentary cod fish spread which was delicious. The staff was very nice and very helpful!
