Can't rave more about the delightful food we enjoy here every time we visit. The sea food creations are divine equally a the meat dishes. Most recently I enjoyed the mussels and clams followed by the bream and a cheese board. All wonderful and a real taste sensation.
The service is very attentive and warm and a lovely atmosphere can...

My boyfriend and I went to The Galley for a meal back in November 2011 and have been meaning to write a review of this place for ages because it was so brilliant.
The restaurant had a really lively yet cosy atmosphere and we received a very warm welcome and had our coats taken for us (a lovely added extra...

I had read about this restaurant in a food magazine and it didnt disappoint. The Brill and scallops were simple and delicious. Quite a small, intimate place so not somewhere I would want to take the children. They do take awy fish and chips which I imagine is delicious.
We went for lunch and chose from the £15 for 2 courses menu and were delighted with our choice, which was extremly good value. On being seated we were given olives, butter and bread. Top quality seafood served imaginatively at very reasonable prices considering the effort and skill that goes into the dishes. The owner is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and confident. Cosy atmosphere. Best to book.
Had a great meal here last week. Everything was really well done from the table, menu, service and most importantly, the food. We will return again when we revisit Topsham.
What a fantastic dinning experience. I had scallops with butternut squash and micro herbs followed by Brill in Champagne batter. It worked , beautifully. Excellent, friendly service with a smile + a view thrown in. You'd be hard pushed to find anywhere better than here.
Visited on a very wet day for lunch, We were greeted with a warm welcome , despite our drips! Good choice of wines and the Muscadet was excellent , Food was beautifully presented and was divine..Also there is a wonderful view of the estuary ,, will definitely return .
We booked a table for lunch here as it had such excellent reviews on trip advisor. We were so glad we did as the service was excellent and the food was amazing. Very well presented and beautiful flavours in everything we ate. Not cheap, but no more expensive than a lot of places in the area. Would recommend to anyone...
