Took the family here for a quick lunch. Fire + Ice has surprisingly great service despite its bar type atmosphere. It was my wife's first time so we spent nearly 2 hours as a family experimenting with different sauce and meat combinations. We waddled out of the restaurant fully satisfied dreaming of new things to try on our next visit.

Three giant gas fires keep you warm as you sip your ice cold beer after a days skiing at Heavenly. Fire & Ice is right next to the Heavenly lift. Prices ok.

Great location near the Heavenly Gondola. You can hang out on the patio and have cocktails while sitting next to the fire and watching the Gondola. The food is good, but a bit pricey. I would definitely go for lunch instead of dinner as it's cheaper and you don't have to wait very long to have them cook your food.... More

This is definitely a dining experience! Raw foods are selected by moi and then grilled by very talented "grillers"! Think the movie "Cocktail" with Tom Cruise and his showmanship... this is what the "grillers" do with great finesse! So the food is what you pick but it is a definite experience!

As a restaurant, the Fire+Ice was terrible. You have to wait in line to get your food, then wait for 20+ minutes standing around the grill as the 2 chefs overcook your food.
