Southern style BBQ - doesn't match most American chain BBQ restaurants, let alone any of the gems found in the south. The pulled pork is average at best, the chicken is always overcooked and lacks flavour. Don't waste your time.

Went here hoping to see if barbecue in Montreal had anything interesting to offer. They really didn't. Menu was on par with the chain-barbecues like Smokey Bones, and the prices were a little higher. The food itself wasn't bad, but nothing special or impressive. Nothing made me say wow. The brisket was decent, and I love when a place does... More

The atmosphere is special. Little bit like a Dunn's but you take you're own food to a table you pick. The Ribs were very good and meaty. Big plates. It must be a good place to go see the Habs play on the screen.

Please note that this only applies to the Bofinger on the corner of University Ave and St. Catherines. We were staying at the Delta just down the street and were looking forward to poutine on Saturday night. To be sure it was open, we even phoned at 7pm and verified that it closed at 10:30pm. We arrive at 9:40 to... More

We went as a late night meal as we hear it was alright. I had the pulled pork sandwich which i thought was great. A little bit on the spicy side for my liking. My partner had the rack of ribs and said he loved it... I had the potatoe salad and my Bf had the salad... A good meal... More

A 20$ full rack of pork rib was huge, and I managed to eat only half of it...Fun atmosphere. Not the best ribs in town but I will be back.

I was so excited to try the Texas style restaurant because I love southern food and BBQ. I took the full rack of beef ribs with a side of Mac N' Cheese. Yes the portion is enormous and the BBQ sauce is good. But the meat was not cooked enough and I had a hard time to get it off... More

We shared 2 fulls racks of ribs for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids) and there was more then enough food as the ribs were very meaty and for $20 for a full rack certainly priced reasonably. Overall though, I'd rate the ribs as average because the meat was a bit stringy. Afterwards, I spoke with a friend who lives... More
