Went here with some friends and had a fantastic night. The room has a great trendy vibe, beautiful setting, like brushed aluminum and wood, and funky styling. Nice bar seating area. The place was packed at 9pm and still packed when we left at 1030 - only downside here is the noise level. By the time we left we were... More

I have been to the Filet for my girlfriend birthday and we had alot of fun. The food is great mixed with a nice ambiance. I recommand going with min. 4 person to enjoy a wider variety of food. Its a little pricey at +/-100$ per person with wine but its worth it. I recommand trying it .

My daughter and I went to Le Filet to celebrate my birthday. it was a wonderful dining experience. We shared several small plates and a bottle of wine. The raw oysters were so fresh they melted in my mouth (we did no try the cooked oysters) and the dressing was simple and did not overpower. The tuna tartar, scallop salad,... More

I've been to Le Filet twice and each experience has been excellent. The service is very attentive and impeccable. I love the concept of the little dishes. I would suggest the oysters, but not the ones that are baked because you can't taste the oysters. I prefer to have oysters with a simple flavour so you can taste the sea.... More

As a restaurateur, when you have high standards, you offer something special. Le Filet is one such place. Every course is just as amazing as you expect. Despite there being a full house, service was swift and not rushed. Our waiter was very attentive. It's pricey, but quality like this and fresh fish, well.... Wine list is interesting. Try the... We have wanted to try this restaurant since it opened and finally had the chance a few weeks ago. The food was very good but the experience as a whole was somewhat disappointing...particularly from a quality versus price perspective. While the service was very friendly, it was a little off on the night we went. In addition to a 15... More

I had a great evening at Le Filet this week with 8 other ladies of a certain age. The waiter selected our menu for us and we were not disapointed. Each dish was amazing. I could not say which one was the best - they were all great. The service was great - we all felt really welcome and taken... More

We have been fine dining in Mtl for a long time but have been quite dissapointed in the past couple of years! This resto is one of our rare exceptions! First off the service was excellent and non pretentious! The atmosphere is wonderful and the tapas style worked out well although i could definitely return and have full dishes on... More

Met another couple there with my wife and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Great concept allowing you to taste so many flavours all unique in there own right. The tuna tartare was exquisite and the wine selections (at around $100 a pop) were well worth it. Casual atmosphere, yet appealing to a certain business crowd. The bar service also looked tempting.... More
