Walking into School I was immediately impressed with all of the classics 'old school' decorations, something on every wall to look at. Without taking more than three steps in, there was a counter filled with fresh baked goods that definitely enticed my appetite. It was too bad that waiting for our food was more painful than waiting for school to... More

Arrive for Sunday brunch before 10am the place fills up fast! The prices are expensive but was happy to see that the portions were very well sized and left me full. I had the chicken and waffles the tobassco honey sauce was a little too spicy and overpowering the honey and I'm a guy who likes spicy so watch out... More

I ordered the four cheese omelet souffle and I feel like that should be my go-to, but I will definitely be back to try other menu items. I went around noon and the restaurant was busy with a line to the door. My friend was already seated but I noticed the hostess handing out shot glasses of what looked like... More

The overall decor and vibe of the place reminded me of when School Disco was run in London - a nostalgic take of former years - complete with chalk boards, an apple on every desk and the wait staff (well, the girls at least) in their private school uni's. The thing that stands out is that they have really interesting... More

I waited quite a while to get in for Brunch, was viciously agitated by the time I was seated, but was ultimately blown away with my meal. I had the steak for Brunch and it was amazing. Food was excellent, everybody with me (3 others) was raving about their dishes. Well done!

Went to School this past weekend for brunch with pretty high expectations, given all the good reviews etc. Sad to say the experience did not meet expectations. They don't take reservations for brunch, which may work out fine for summertime but sucks for winter because they don't have enough room for people to wait. Regardless, we decided to brave the... We went for Sunday brunch and arrived in good time. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a wonderful vibe to it. We were unfortunately placed by the window, where the there were no blinds to shield us from the blistering sunlight, which was both blinding and hot. I would recommend avoiding the seats that are exposed directly to the... More

I've been to School twice, and unfortunately the second was my last. The story is we waited 50 minutes for our food (a burger and a frittata), and when I said to the manager who served it to us "that was quite a long wait" she replied with attitude "yeah, that's what happens when we have 65 people all ordering... Quaint little cafe restaurant in Liberty Village. Very busy on a Sunday morning, but was able to easily find parking in the back (which was free!), and the turnover is quite efficient so we only waited about 10 minutes. The decor doesn't exactly remind me of school, but you'll notice that all the staff are dressed in kilts/uniforms. And the... More
