Just went there in the beginning of May. Strangely enough we were not feeling like beef so she ordered Chicken Oscar and I had Ribs and Chicken. The ribs were tender and tasty but, both hers and my chicken breast was dry, over cooked and did seem very fresh. I guess lesson learned, stick to the beef at The Keg.

Last night I visited the Keg for the first time. The place has great atmosphere and you get service with a smile. The filet and the peppered new York strip steaks are great and you certanly don't need a desert afterwards ( I had no room left at all!) I'll be back here whenever I'm in Thunder Bay.

I would like to think I am a pretty good cook. I was sure that I could make a better steak than any steakhouse in town. I found one that is better than mine. Great cut of beef and cooked perfectly. The waitresses were vey attentive (and attractive) and treated us really well. Delicious.

Excellent portions- very tasty - especially the steaks,soups and shrimps. When not in a hurray,the service is excellent. Nice booths and tables.

A lot of people in the city really like this place judging from the cars in the parking lot. While the food is good, I feel it is overpriced for what you are getting. Still, like I said, many people love this place.

Still offering the best steaks in town, cooked to perfection. I like the consistency of their service and top rated steaks. Always had good service, helpful and friendly. Busy day, hungry, need to eat fast. That's usually where you'll find me. They are nice and friendly and can almost know now what I'll order.

Some really good steak choices done properly. A bit pricey but good service and good food.
