Nice quiet restaraurnt. But in an odd location. Look for the Utopia sign when driving down Memorial and Turn there. Close to "Fox on the Run" which has nice lunches and high speed. Loved the food and service at Bistro One, but a touch pricey.

Best fine dinning I have had in Thunder Bay. Only have been twice though, as it is expensive. I've had a stuffed chicken which had sun-dried tomatoes, leeks and lemon I think. For dessert I had a coffee creme brule. All the food is delicious and the service was excellent.

This restaurant could compete with the best ones in Vancouver.
