be forewarned, located in rundown area of town, kind of desolate, near via rail station + bus terminal, their store front is very dated, so you have to overcome the poor curb appeal, the place inside looks more like an antique store or rummage sale, decor is 1950s or 60s, so don't expect a zagat rating, do yourself a favour... Great local place off the beaten path. We'd never have found it except for the reviews on trip advisor. Upon walking in it's like being transported back to the 1950's. Clutter all around the room, most everthing is for sale too. We sat at the counter and enjoyed sandwhiches, soup and salad. Our meals were very fresh and tasty. Much... More

The breakfast was good, and at a very good price. But the real reason to go is for the experience of being there. It has this unmistakable family feel and like it's a blast from the past. Give yourself time to enjoy every minute of it. They're in no rush and neither should you.

After reading the reviews we just had to check this place out! Yep, it's just as "cluttered" in real life as is described by the reviews and yes, the food and service IS really just as good as they say!! If I lived in the area I would be a regular for sure!!

I'm a local of Niagara Falls and my friend and I have been eating at Simons for years the breakfasts are made with love just like the olden days... (From my understandings of the olden days) lol... I have eaten at many other places in the falls but unfortunately.... The prices and service has never compared to Rosa and Pats... More

If you can appreciate a good old fashioned, traditional breakfast at an incredibly low price, you will agree that this is the best breakfast joint in Niagara Falls! Time warp! You walk right into the 50's. and you are even surrounded by all the memorabilia of that decade. In fact a camera crew from Toronto arrived as we were leaving,... More

We felt right at home! My husband and I spoke mainly with one of the owners, Rose. She was extremely sweet. The gal who made our food did an excellent job. I got 2 eggs over easy, breakfast potatoes, 3 pieces of bacon and wheat toast dry. My husband got an egg white omelette w/ ham, cheddar cheese and spinach... More

Inconspicuously tucked away on Bridge St, a good twenty-minute walk from the luminous sheen of downtown Niagara Falls, Simon's is a true, down-to-earth diner offering good meals in a bygone setting. The walls, like just about every surface in the diner, are covered in any number of knick-knacks and oddities, from newspaper clippings to vacation souvenirs. There is none of... More

Read the forum where Simons was rated a 7 out of what? 234? Had to see it for myself and made the husband stop for lunch. Wellll,,,,, the picture from previous poster looks just like I saw with my own two eyes. Owner Rose was very pleasant and a great cook. so many people kept coming in and it was... More

My travel partner and I wanted to find a restaurant away from the usual touristy flash in Clifton Hill. We found great reviews here and other sites about Simon’s Restaurant so we made a deal to go there. At first glance, we weren’t sure what to make of it. The first thing you see is a flagpole with the Canadian... More
