Always love going to Harpers when I am in Kingston. Food is always good, service can be slow and wait staff usually friendly and good. This visit we almost got up and left before ordering. We were invited to seat ourselves, it was probably just after the dinner hour and only two other tables had people at them. We sat... More

I've been meaning to try this place for a very long time..as I've been continuously disappointed with Kingston burger bars. Tonight I finally made it! There menu wasnt huge but it seemed like they perfected it. They accomodate to gluten free and vegan! I had the number 14 and was blown away! Everything we had was wonderful and delicious. It... Friendly service. Great hamburger buns - nice to be able to get gluten-free! Would enjoy going again!

We ate at Harpert last weekend and have to say it was just ok. The beef tasted off to me. The price point is similar to "The Works". The atmosphere is was nice (Mid century modern meets industrial) ....I do like the build your own burgers concept, but they need to deliver on the taste, which they did not. back... More

We really like Harper's. We have gone there as a family and with friends. The combinations of toppings and sauces used on their burgers are pretty yummy. Their staff is always very professional and friendly. We really appreciate the extra mile they go in sourcing local food. Unfortunately, there's a glaring weakness in their execution. As a consumer and as... More

This is actually the very first response that I have ever posted on TripAdvisor. I thank you for your comments, however I am curious as to how you came to the conclusion that our beef is finished at a feedlot. In fact our beef is born and raised on a single family farm, with excellent animal husbandry and environmental practices,... More

Wanted to grab a quick bite and stumbled across this place. Staff were super friendly and service was fairly quick given how busy they were. You could tell the food would be great just by how amazing it all smelt! You choose the type of burger, bun etc and lots of topping choices. We also got the hot dog which... More

How did this happen? Burgers are now high style food. I had a turkey burger with fries. Fries were great but the burger was awful, sloppy and was essentially slopped in front of me on the table with some condiments. Much better value elsewhere and hardly better than any fast food joint

My friend recommended Harper's - she'd been before, it was my first time. On a Saturday night, we waited for about fifteen minutes, which was tolerable. As a calorie counter, I was afraid, but was able to work with the plentiful ingredients to find a meal that was not too bad for me. I had a BYOB - whole wheat... More

We went here for lunch, turned up just before one and there was a cue waiting to be seated. I don't mind waiting if the foods good but there was no area to wait, you just hand out at the door where there is very little room. Once seated the experience got a lot better. The staff were very friendly... More

Good fast friendly service, food great but expensive. Location is convenient, I had a salad with my meal and it was fresh.
