The price is okay, food average... I wouldn't crave to go there very often...very old and outdated decor, dark.
Been going to Innsville for 35 years (original dating upside establishment), but latest gap was about 15 years. This was our 34th anniversary. The basic structure was same, but it used to be dark so it is now painted white for light. Loses a bit in atmosphere but food was very good. Waiter was confident, (like the football quarterback, but... More
We tried to order wine but they seemed to be out of quite a few selections. I ordered the raspberry chicken thinking I'd get chicken supreme but they served me a chicken patty probably previously frozen. It was so disappointing. I was my 50th birthday and I was looking for a special meal quite and cozy but we were seated... More
Excellent BBQ. This is a great place to get a wonderful barbeque meal. The ribs are amazing and the pulled pork is unbelievable. The desserts really good too. The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable.
Driving along Highway 8 on the way to the wine route of Niagara, this motel/pub/restaurant complex could be easily ignored because its outward appearance is not outstanding - a series of white clapboard one-storey buildings. However, once inside the dining room, the decor is a little bit dated, but you'll find there is a broadly based menu with that covers... More
We had WONDERFUL coconut shrimp, perch and oysters!!!!!!! It was a great Good Friday meal! I am very touchy on the fish I eat, I can truthfully say that I was satisfied with the meal my family and I had eaten!
Having left ourselves with not much in the freezer on Easter Sunday, we decided to try The Innsville for the first time and were just delighted with the experience. The dining room was full but they had room for us on the pub side. Lots of wood on the walls created a warm, informal atmosphere, with ample space which was... More
Note that this restaurant is actually in Stoney Creek on Hwy 8. It has been around for a long time and now I know why. It is good. I was in a curling bonspiel this past weekend in Grimsby and the lunch and dinner were both caterered by the Innsville Restaurant. I didn't even know they did catering. I have... More
we dont live far from this venue and have never walked out unhappy. Service is very friendly, and I havent ordered anything I havent enjoyed. Most favourite is the french onion soup. The washrooms in the bar area do in fact need some help. Nothing but freezing cold water when you wash your hands.
Great variety - award winning chef - Roast beef and French Onion soup rules but all items are great. Middle of frickin' knowwhere!!!
