Had dinner recently at The Press Gang to celebrate our son's graduation from law school. Our meal included orders for steak tartare, deep fried calamari and a salad as starters. All were excellent. Amazing spot to dine in Halifax. Very romantic with live mellow music in the background. Some of the walls have the original bricks and stones, giving it a tavern-like feel. Although service was a bit slow, the food was fantastic with some of the best oysters I have ever had
