We were in Shediac for the day visiting Parlee Beach and when it came to dinner time we looked for a good place to try a lobster roll. This restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, it looks like a run down house. When you walk in the bathrooms are right there and the stench of urine from the... More

The Lobster deck is a good spot, love sitting on the patio while there. Service isn't fantastic, but I've seen worse. They have the best fish and chips and it's nice they have an option of 1/2 lobster. It's in a good location right on the main street in Shediac.

The Lobster Deck in Sediac, NB was recommended by one of the people we met at the campground we were at. On our way back from Nova Scotia, we stopped in to eat. I had fish and chips. Two of the largest pieces of fish I've ever seen! And the plate was full of french fries. My sister-in-law had Scallops... More

We ate there with friends two summers ago on the deck and the six of us had different food which were all very good at a reasonable price. We are planning on going there again this summer. The lobster roll was full and excellent. I will write an update once I have been there again this summer in regards to... More

Me husband took the lobster chowder and for $16.99 this was a pure ripe off. their was almost no lobster and I think that $6.99 would have been more than well paid. I'm a local and I will never go their again, Captain Dan's is a way better choice.

After reading the reviews for all of the seafood restaurants in Shediac, I was still very undecided as to where to go for food. I wanted a good seafood meal (at a restaurant that has food other food than seafood as some members of my family dont like seafood). Anyway, I decided to ask some locals and was directed to... More

Although the actual deck is pretty cool, the food is expensive and not at all worth what you pay for it. Had seafood casserole that was topped with some sort of processed cheese, and my husband had a steak that was a terrible cut. Price is similar to that of fine dining without the atmosphere or good food. It's possible... More

I'm not a seafood eater, so when a social gathering brought me to the Lobster Deck, I chose the Chicken Parmesean. The burnt cheese on top hid any hint of pasta sauce or chicken. Way too much store-bought Italian seasoning gave the chicken a bad taste. Vegetables were just above room temperature. Rice was greasy. Friends who chose fried foods... More
