Haven't been here for awhile. So pleased it is still excellent value and yummy. Friendly staff make a pleasant experience. My mother especially appreciated the 55plus menu..portioned and priced just right! Keep it up folks!

Love, love, love the Country house sandwich which has ham, cheese and asparagus. Just like my grandma's sandwich but better. Have it with the homemade borscht -- it's the best in Winnipeg since Alycia's closed down. Peter and his staff are always professional and friendly.

Oakwood has the best homemade food to found. Fresh and always ibg portions! You can share a meal between 2 people. We usally do takeout as we live close by. You have to eat here!

We have been to this small and tastefully decorated cafe several times. We have had sandwiches, burgers, breakfast and dinner specials. Everything is always consistently hot and tasty. The service is polite and friendly. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxed atmosphere this is the place to go.

We went there twice on our 5 day trip to Winnipeg. The food is great, they have great breakfast specials. The service is fast and efficent. It is worth checking out!

Amazing non-typical omelettes, vegetarian breakfasts, great atmosphere. Small, but nice. Servers are very nice. I've only been there for breakfast, but the rest of the menu looking amazing too!
