A great place for a spot of tea and dessert. I recommend the black and green tea blend made in Victoria, BC.

This is a great place to stop for an afternoon pick-me-up, and the coffee is good (not great, but it is a tea establishment after all). Definitely check out the store - there are loads of gift ideas, and unusual varieties of tea and tea paraphernalia for friends and family.

Perfect place to have a nice cup of tea or coffee and a fantastic dessert. The carrot cake is awesome and the heated bread pudding with creme sauce brought back memories of childhood desserts with grandma! No, I did not eat both desserts myself! Wife and I split and shared :)

Ate b-fast here every day. Mind blowing scones, cookies and Danishes. Espresso drinks were a little lackluster, get a tea latte instead.

I picked up a couple of teas while I was here, but I could have used some more herbal choices. I think that I'll be back to have a pot of tea and a bit of a baked good. The staff seem very friendly and I saw them being patient with a customer who didn't know what they wanted.

Whenever I go to Victoria, usually once or twice a year, I go to Murchie's. Although the place is famous for its tea, its coffee is also very good, and the pastries are generally great. The almond croissants were to die for! The sandwiches were also very fresh and tasted great. We had breakfast there three times during our visit.

Murchies knows their tea! Lovely atmosphere even just for browsing. If you want to know about tea just ask...very knowledgeable staff. Great for gift giving for your favorite tea drinker; always something new and unique.
