For goodness sake order the fish, you can’t go wrong. For starters the Smoked Salmon Terrene and BC tasting for two are excellent. All of the principal plate fish dishes are delicious. The main menu doses not change much but a typical night offers 2 or 3 specials. In addition they have a fantastic wine selection. Blue Water is great... More

I had their sable fish in miso sauce, and it was fresh, firm, and perfectly complimented by the tangy miso sauce. Among the beswt fish dishes I have had. My wife had their dunguness crabs which were fresh, buttery, delicious. We started with some of their oysters on the half shell...fresh, and complimented with a tangy vinegary chili sauce .... More

Firstly the positives, the food was delicious and well presented. We shared the tasting starter, which was 4 small dishes including crab salad, tuna tartare, scallop ceviche and salmon terrine. Followed by char and sablefish, both of which we hadn't tasted before and were very tasty. Our waitress was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the negatives did spoil the... More

Without reservation, you have to wait more than 40min. Oysters and other foods are delicious but expensive. You have to spend more than 100CAD /person for dinner.

Very fresh tasting seafood. Had a tower of seafood appetizers for the 4 of us - excellent. We all enjoyed our meals and they have an excellent wine list

A large group of us went together after one of our local members read that this restaurant was really good. They weren't kidding. It was. The seafood was perfect; fresh, tasty and plentiful. The main courses were interesting and delicious. The sushi superb. Desserts were amazing (the chocolate cake is the BEST I've ever had). There is an extensive wine... More

We chose this restaurant because it was recommended by friends and family, specifically the seafood tower. No disappointment here. The atmosphere was amazing, the service impeccable, and the food, well simply the best. Great wine selection. No the expensive side but the food is well worth it.

Large dining room but with a great atmosphere and very professional, efficient and but somewhat pushy service. We had the usual combo of some oysters, some sushi and fish entrees. Without even asking we were recommended a $100 bottle of white wine - don't you just hate that? The food was great though, some of the best oysters we've had.... More

Lovely and stylish restaurant inside, with pleasant tables outside as well. Food was tasty, wine was reasonable in price with an absolutely enormous wine list.

We had a large group of out of country guests, being introduced to Vancouver, and managed to book a last minute dinner reservation at Blue Water. Even though they were a full house we had suburb service, the presentation of all our selections was exquisite and delicious. The salmon mouse layered appetizer was one of the most delicious appys I've... More
