Fast, friendly and so very tasty. Great food and great interior/branding. Well worh a trip if your in Vancouver. If youre nearby, then you really should go!

Went there after building a good appetite by walking in stanley park. Ordered their famous porchetta and their daily special which was a meatball with pesto and spicy tomato sauce. We enjoyed the flavourful sandwiches washed down with a lovely local ale while sitting at the shared long table. I guess I can understand why some reviews feel it has been over-hyped, but the simple premise worked for us!

This literally is a "meat and bread" place. Don't expect anything fancy, just good food with good ingredients. We ate here after reading all the reviews and aren't disappointed. We arrived early for lunch (although the queues had already started to form) and the service was very quick and efficient.
