Expect to wait in line to get food from what looks like half a shipping container. Eat al fresco on picnic tables or wooden counters. The food and the view of Vancouver make up for any inconvenience; the fish and chips is to die for. Prices aren't cheap, but nothing is in Vancouver.

Stood in line for 25 min, got to the window and made an order. No where nice to sit but lots of benches. Waited for around 15 min and the order was ready. We had 3 Halibut and fries with coleslaw and one Halibut sandwich. The fish was good, batter was crispy and not overly greasy. I was disappointed in... More

Cute little shack just outside the entrance of Granville Island. Be ready for long lineups on nice days. The salmon burger is my fave and their coleslaw is good too!

Have heard wonderful things about this place and saw some amazing looking fish & chips coming out while I patiently waited 25 minutes for "one piece of fish". Yes, that was my order, based on the size of the pieces of fish I saw, I thought that would be lots! I had it wrapped to go and walked away to... More

Go Fish is an awesome little open air restaurant down by fisherman's wharf near Granville island. Great view of False creek and downtown. It's a no frills type place since it used to be just a little shack although its been completely overhauled in the last couple of years to be nicer. The salmon tacones are superb and good value,... Recommended by the staff at a local brewery, I was curious about Go Fish. It was amazing! So fresh and huge portions provided. I had a two piece cod serving of fish and chips and it was more than enough food for me. The location on the water can't be beat!

It's outdoors on the seawall by Granville Island. All I can say is the fare is scrumptious...and the line-ups are long. I recommend 11:20 a.m. or so, for lunch, if you don't want to be in a half-hour line-up

This is a small walk away (less than 5 mins) from the major tourist part of granville island. If you need a snack, it's great. Gets very very busy though because it's a small shack, and very good. If you are not in a hurry, want to eat outside on a nice day, the food is great.

Just minutes walk from Granville Island on West 1st Avenue this little blue shack that you could easily pass by is like an oyster that contains a pearl. Its fish and chips, served in a basket, are without doubt the best we've had in years - good size portions, great value, and excellent quality. The fish is fresh and coated... More

This is a great get away from the crowds from Granville Island. It is a short 5 minute walk from the island for some of the best fish and chips in the area. Must better than that available in the markets there. Well seasoned with thin battered fish, properly deep golden brown crinkle cut french fries, salad cup and sauces.... More
