On the positive side, good service, nice contemporary atmosphere and great downtown location. The small item menu items look interesting, but some are pre frozen and heated before serving. My vegetable lasagne wasn't quite heated all the way through and crab cakes were over heated and lacking in flavour. For the same amount of money find a restaurant where they... More

Found this gem just walking around downtown. Great service and excellent food. Highly recommend their charcuterie board. Also had their short rib poutine and black truffle gnocchi, both excellent. Good wine, beer, and cocktail selection. Cool atmosphere. Like how they use a lot of local ingredients. Will be back.

The decor in this restaurant is absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing as were the staff. Their manager Cory makes everyone feel like they are a welcome guest in his home. It's nice to see that good service still exists. They do have an interesting menu with a creative flair. I've been there several times and have never left disappointed.

I had a really enjoyable dinner with friends at Moriarty's last week. Service was impressive - knowledgeable waiter, who was attentive without being annoying. He knew both the wine and the menu, pretty well inside and out. The food was well-paced and the atmosphere was classy but comfortable. I'll be back in a heartbeat.

At 10 PM, there re few few good places to eat in downtown Edmonton. There is a good selection of wine and cheese and creative small plates. A couple of vegetarian items are also offered. The portions are all small and if you are hungry, you may have to order two or three items. The service is superb and friendly.... More

With friends of our visiting, we picked them up at their hotel and went out for supper. Strolling around afterwards, we decided to drop in on Moriarty's. My wife and I have walked past it several times, but never went in. Well, we're very glad that we did this time. The restaurant is stunning, with a very clean and modern... More

I am really excited about this restaurant. They have a big focus on fresh, local ingredients. Where the ingredients aren't local they are top quality interantionally imported (New Zealand lamb, international wine and cheeses, etc...). Another thing that especially impresses me is how much they make in house. They have house made ricotta and charcuterie. Not to mention that most... More

This is a beautiful restaurant and a very enjoyable atmosphere. The wine selection is excellent. There were four of us in our group (two couples) and we shared several different small plates as well as two of the cheese plates and dessert. All of the food was delicious! We would highly recommend this restaurant.

This is one of my favourite places to catch up with friends for wine & cheese in Edmonton. The staff are always friendly, professional, knowledgable and remember people. Stacey (manager) is amazing. The choose your own cheese plate is definately a recommendation but the muscle's are some of the best in Edmonton. This is a geat place to meet friends... More

atmosphere competes with menu for the downtown lunch crowd, which is mostly white collar of course. Service is quick and selection is healthy and varied. Still, they deliver this in a sleek modern environment, very appealing. Also a good wine list for evening dining, close to theatres
