We always book here for special occasions! by that I mean any excuse! While the interior is lovely for the winter the gardens in the summer months are my most favourite. Looking out over the well kept gardens where they grow the food they prepare. The staff as very knowledgeable its a great please dining at Rouge.

I've eaten at Rouge a couple of times since we discovered it and it has been great each time. Have just made reservations for our next visit and am looking forward to the experience.

If you compare this review to others I've written, just keep in mind that I'm judging this place by much higher standards than other restaurants. This high-end restaurant never fails to satisfy. They take the best of the best seasonal organic selections and serve them up in the most luxurious of ways. A great place to celebrate an anniversary or other special occasion.

The food and service were fantastic. Definitely a date night destination.

Or perhaps I should call him a more formal name? While it's nice to be proud of a restaurants accomplishments, the waiter was a braggart to the point of arrogance about it, I almost felt like saying, well perhaps the restaurant is too good for actual paying customers. Was one of best places I have ever had a date. My date was impressed and I got lucky! Really a must try and worth the wait. Make reservations well in advance. Not cheap, but she was worth it.

From the moment you walk through the door you know everything is going to turn out well. A fabulous evening with my wife and friends. Outstanding food and worth every dollar.
