We had the Bison meatballs and the smoked bison pizza. Both were excellent. Also, the elderflower punch bowl was very refreshing on a hot summer day. There is a patio as well.

I had the bison short ribs. It was served with vegetables in a skillet. It was tender and delicious. We sat on the roof terrace and this was great since the spring was really kicking in. We had great service from a friendly waitress with a great sense of humour. The good was good. Great evening.

We had a lovely dinner at the Bison. Truly one of our best ever in any venue anywhere. The lamb was to die for! Would highly recommend for a relaxed but high end meal. Menu is fairly simple,but delish. Didn't make it back to try their tavern, but we heard it was good.
