If you are staying at the Fairmont; don't bother looking for a good meal elsewhere; you won't go wrong here. Great balance between price and value; it is also kid friendly.

take option to sleep in on sunday morning, make reservation as soon as lunch buffet begins rather than later excellent presentation, offerings and taste great to be able to interact/chat with culinary team behind each platform

Dinner was as expected in the brill. We were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and were very well versed to answer all questions. Giver the chance we would go back.

Truly a remarkable brunch! The selection is out of this world (rivals those big hotels in Vegas). You'll wish you had a second stomach so you could try even a 1/3 of what is on offer!

We had a package that included a room in Banff Springs and breakfast at the Bow Valley Grill. Variety, quality and the view!! Loved it. My 8 yr old daughter enjoyed every bit of it. I especially liked the variety of smoked fish but there is so much to choose from.
