The food wether it was breakfast or the steak dinner was great and the service was freindy,helpfull, and fast.

I stayed at the Caribou and ate most of my meals at the Keg. It was great food! Tasted great and lots on the plate. The only issue I had is my first night there the hostess was rather rude. Other than that I loved it. All the other servers were fantastic.

The steaks and prime rib were terrific. The accompanying baked potato was not hot. The restaurant was very crowded on a Thursday evening so service was a bit spotty. The price range for this restaurant is off; the range of prices should be $27 to $37.

I visited this place August last year with some friends. Food was pretty good but a bit expensive. The service was really good and the staff were all friendly. Really big portions so sharing a meal would be a good plan and also cut costs too. Going back there again this August.

There are two Keg restaurants in Banff and this one is located inside the Caribou Lodge Hotel. Despite the fact we dined on a busy Mother's Day Sunday, we were seated immediately. Busy place. Great food and service. Visited for dinner and breakfast.

Don't get caught out like I did. When they say 'Add chicken' to your salad, the cost displayed is in addition to the cost of the salad and not the cost that that the salad increases to. But the steaks were fabulous.

This is the basic chain "Keg" steakhouse you may be familiar with in other provinces. Same menu. I believe the pricing is higher than in Ontario? Great service. Clean.
