My husband and I love this pub. We have been coming over the last 10 years when we visit Banff and always bring our company and friends here. They have good nachos, the warm crab and artichoke dip is super yummy as is the guiness crab and asparagus soup! The lamb and goat cheese poutine is very good too. I... More

After wandering around different pubs in Banff, I stopped here for some food following good reviews. I ordered the wings and my dad ordered a burger.. Prices aren't too cheap but I saw the good reviews so went with it. Chicken wings were just deep fried crispy wings, no marinade on them, more like mini goujons really.. not good! my... More

A great find in Banff as they also serve Frûli the Belgian Strawberry beer which we recommend you try. The food was excellent, tasty and good quality. On top of this it was reasonably priced. Don't miss it when you are in Banff

We visited on a Sunday evening and it was busy - a 10 minute wait for a table, but great service. The staff were zooming around with trays non-stop, but always with a smile. We had the pulled pork boxties, and the meal was very tasty. The ambience was great - the pub originated in Dublin and had been demolished,... More

A real Irish pub (so real it was contained shipped to Banff from Dublin after being demollished there and rebuilt). All original Irish fittings, (female) Staff wear the short Irish kilts,as seen in Irish dancing, food really good and plenty of it well presented (and what one is used to in the UK), always lots of people there, very good... We visit this place every time we are in Banff and always have a meal as the food is so good. There are many beers on tap but nothing beats a good pint of Guinness. The live music is very good and gets the feet tapping. The place is always busy for a reason.

A very nice place to eat in the heart of town.the meals were quite large, as we had been warned, and very well priced. There was not one complaint from our party. The staff were dressed in costume and we were seated near the fire. Atmosphere was excellant as it was snowing outside. Would recommend the pub to anyone who... More

The decor is very nice, very pubish (in a good way), lovely fireplace which we were fortunate to sit close to ... everything seemed perfect for a good food experience. The wine and beer selections were good and we looking forward to authentic pub food. The ceasar salad was swimming in commercial dressing, the french fries from frozen (confirmed by... More
