As one of my office colleague was resigning he threw us a party at "the station" Restaurant. Well I did not expect much from this off Colombo restaurant and i was quite surprised with the atmosphere there. i used to go very often to The Station as i liked having a drink n relax on the beach front. A place you could sit for a while, enjoy good food and rest your feet. Great food, reasonably priced, amazing ambience, superb staff. Fried pork is my fav dish.

A good place to spend a lazy weekend afternoon. There was a young family which enjoyed a sea bath and making sand castles. The food was tasty but took quite some time to arrive. There seemed to be one waiter for approx 4 tables.
