this is a must if you are ever in aguascalientes.they are located in beautiful little plaza that always seems 15 degrees cooler than the city.....

Sunday morning for breakfast is the best time. Usually there is a wait for a table. Live music from different areas of Mexico to entertain while you are eating. Cafe de olla is a must as is the corn bread.

Huevos Motuleños is the specialty and they are YUMMY!!!! prices are a bit high but dishes are HUGE!, Plus, it is right in front of the Encino Garden in the heart of the Triana neighbourhood, one of the prettiest and oldest in town.

Nice decor, food is very good and portions are large. Usually order 1/2 order because the portions are large. Only open from morning to mid day. Offer free parking for customers since it is a very popular area.
