The breakfast buffet is splendid from salmon to quesadillas, cinnamon rolls, amazing bread, delicious juices combinations.

We enjoyed several small plates, and were extremly pleased with the taste, size, and presentation. Highly recommend a visit to Don Manuel's. The view and the service are spectacular. Don't miss a drink at the bar!

My wife and I dined several times at Don Manuels during our stay at Capella and never had a bad meal. We are at present at Capella Pedregal ,and last night ate at Don Manuel it was outstanding...we started with ceviche the blackened fish then seafood soup .it was amazing and did not fault it to service presentation and above all favours!!! Yum yum Going to Los tres Gallos tonite will report on it

Hopefully our experience was due to some isolated circumstance (being short handed), but management sure needs to realize their role by at least coming over to the table to apologize for the wait.

We ate at Don Manuel's several times when we stayed at the Capella Pedregal. The gazpacho was really good, and we also had the seviche salad at least twice. Nice atmosphere and good cocktails.
