Very cool the way waiters balance drinks on their heads. Food was good prawns best I've eaten in Mexico. Steak was average enough. Salsa wheel delicious. Service charge of 15% added directly on to te bill no choice if the service had been poor which it wasn't. Good spot for people watching!!
This is a regular eating place for me...a favorite! Traditional Mexican food at it's best. Service is great and the menue is in Spanish and English.Wonderful staff

You can't go wrong here... Well, except we don't agree on the fried cheese thing. I'm not a fan but my friend loves it. What we do agree on is that their Mojitos are definitely in the 99th percentile of Mojitos!

My husband and I visited playa on our honeymoon and we are here. Everything was great until after we are. Ordered Shrimp Diabla and it made me sick! I don't know if the shrimp was bad or wasn't fully cooked but will be very cautious about eating there when and if I return to Playa.

Visited about 8 times during our annual one month stay in Playa. 7 out of 8 were excellent! The only difference is we no longer make a point of hitting happy hour. Use to love the 2X1 tacos al pastor. Which are still a great value when you order the platter of 5 for only 89 pesos. Still the best...

Breakfast is not a big deal in Mexico. However this places does it right. We stumbled upon it and had a nice non alcoholic cocktail along with some cafe. It was fine, but then the meal came. Excellent. Chilaquiles and juevos Mexicanos we great. Service was fast and the price was reasonable. What a great find.
