The food here is so good and the prices are reasonable, throw in attentive service and you really get a bang for your buck. La Chaya offers excellent Yucatan dishes at reasonable prices. Two woman are by the window making the tortillas to serve right away, nice and warm. Their chicken, called pollo pibil, and pork, called Poc Chuc,dishes are something to brag about. The panuchos and salbutes are very different from dishes from other parts of Mexico.
