Our quick stop in Picus for mixto ceviche was awesome! This is what I crave from home! Complementary fish soup in tomato broth was mild and delicious as well.

We had the special that served 3-4 people - it was a fresh off the boat, whole fish barbecued with traditional seasoning. This is the best fish we have ever had!! They offer fish soup as soon as they seat you and this was also excellent. Ceviche here looked great - wish we tried it.

And that's a shame as this was our first stop each and every time we'd arrive on Isla (never mind all the people I've sent there) BUT there's no question it's gone downhill - and badly - over the last, oh, year or so. The chips are greasy (to start with) and the guacamole just isn't the same or nearly... More

The garlic shrimp was fantastic. The grilled shrimp we will pass on next time - not worth it for the same price.

We tried 3 of the restaurants by the ferry, and I liked this one the best. I had the fish tacos and fish ceviche. The ceviche was amazing, and the fish tacos were the second best on the island (Poc Chuc) was the best. I thought the price was amazing considering that we were right on the beach, I only... More

Unbelievable!! We went to Isla for the first time last Saturday 4/21. Our hotel told us we had to try Picus and boy were they right. The food was amazing... you have to try the shrimp and also the whole fried fish.

My husband and I still talk about this place after 7 years...best seafood we have ever had anywhere! I have never had conch so good-so tender & flavorful! Sitting right on the ocean watching the fishe being brought in right there is really nice too. If you don't mind plastic chairs & open tropical air, if you do, then...well, you... More

Love this place! I have eaten here every time ive visited isla mujeres and cant wait to go back. The prices are very reasonable and the food is excellent! The nachos alone are a meal and the shrimp is amazing! Dont forget to order a nice cold coca-cola which comes in a glass bottle......mmmmmmmmm.

If you want to sit with your table on the beach and your feet in the white sand enjoying the best fish dinners anywhere....Picus Cockteleria is for you. Had the filet on plancha. Always good. Enjoyed watching two guys who just got off the ferry with their suitcases sit down before going to their hotel as they could not wait... More
