We stopped at Mango Cafe for breakfast after finding out they were not open for dinner. I wanted to eat here since it was #1 on TripAdvisor. I think it is a little overrated. Service was not great and the food was average. Not #1 in my opinion.

You must try this place! Their Coconut French Toast was my favorite meal on the island! We ate there 3 times and I always had the french toast with a glass of watermelon or mango juice. My friend had the eggs benedict and said it was good but I think it had spinach and maybe mushroom. So it was a... More

After reading other reviews I was prepared to wait for a table when we arrived at Mango Cafe around 10:30am on a recent Wednesday, but was pleasantly surprised when we were seated right away. The service was prompt and attentive and the food was absolutely delicious. The self-serve organic coffee bar, fairly typical on Isla, was excellent as well.

Food is very good. Prices are reasonable. Don't come looking for ocean view ambiance and you won't be disappointed. Come for breakfast if you don't tolerate the heat well. Definitely on our list for places we will return.

We went here because of the high Tripadvisor ratings and we were very disappointed. Ambience is kitschy with nothing of interest and it is not air conditioned. It sits on a busy street corner with views only of the street. The menu is very limited with only 7 items on the lunch menu. The fish in the fish tacos was... More

Food was good, service was fine. It was warm in there, no air conditioning, but worth the stop. We stopped down the road first but they only had drinks, we needed a little food before having any more to drink. They actually sold out while we in the restaurant, so the food is fresh and good!!!

Love the food, great type of dishes. However, I have been there for breakfast and lunch and it is too hot to eat in. Although my review says June 2012, I have been there in April and May in previous years. It is worth the go, just know that it might be uncomfortably warm.
