We ate here about 6 times or more while on the island. Never had a bad meal. Great frozen drinks ! Believe me I tried to try them all ! My favorite is the Mexican Rum Runner! Go there!

We sat on top floor under an umbrella where there was breeze, and watched the traffic go by.... Omlettes were gigantic and enough for 2. The coffee drinks were yummy! Went there for 2 different breakfasts including Mother's day.

great food, and wonderful view! we will definitely go back to this restaurant for breakfast

don't order fish tacos, was not cooked, but another time I ordered shrimp on a skewer which was much better.

While staying next door at the Privilege Aluxes with my son and a buddy, we frequented Jax for buckets of SOL and some good munchies. LOts of screens, watched the NHL playoffs and the NBA playoffs at the same time. Service is good and the Beer is ice cold. What more do sport fans want. Gracias to Jax staff.

If you want a great view of the street and/or beach, Jax is the place. Sit up high on the balcony, or on street level, inside or outside they have it all. Large group ate there and the food was great. We were craving hamburgers for some reason and they were large juicey and delish! Also the margaritias were very good!

The service is very slow,the washrooms are filthy and not worrking half the time.the location is the best part but there really isnt a bad location on the island. hopefully the owner isnt there when you visit,she is very loud and quite rude. The food is so,so and slightly expensive compared to better value resturants on Isla Mujeres.
