The food and wine were good. The bruschetta had a little too much balsamic vinegar. The view is nice but the stair climb is treacherous for the klutzy or tipsy.

I used to visit La Terraza back when it was Prima Pasta almost every week when working on cruise ships, so had to go back to see if it was still there ten years lateron a recent holiday to Mexico.
We were greeted by the owner who was really friendly and informed us that it was the same menu and...

Enjoyed a lobster tail and fettucine alfredo at La Terraza. Excellent service, good wine, all round an enjoyable meal. We came early in the evening, and they made sure we were in the shade and had the ceiling fans on.
Me and my boyfriend were staying in Playa Del Carmen and one day we decided to take a short evening trip to Cozumel. We stopped into La Terraza and were so impressed. The service was great and the food was beyond amazing. We both ordered seafood dishes that had large pieces of lobster and other pieces. I ordered the combo...

We have eaten here every time we go to Cozumel. The service is friendly, the food is of very high quality and reasonable. Will go back every time I go to cozumel. I have been there about 20 times. Love the people.
I brought a recipe for mango upside down cake with lime sauce with me this trip and gave it to the owners with the commitment to come back on my birthday to have some. They were as good as there word. The lobsters was great and the cake was better than the one I made at home. With good friends...

We ate here our first night on Cozumel. I remember coming to this location when it was Prima's (back in 2000) and our friends suggested trying it. We definitely weren't disappointed. We ordered the beef carpaccio, which was melt in my mouth delicious, as well as the spinach salad for starters. We shared an order of the seafood pasta which...

We noticed the restaurant when Shannon, one of the owners was stopping people on the street in front of the restaurant. It's upstairs on a side street just 1 block off the malecon. We ate lunch there twice, and both times were wonderful. Best bruschetta I've ever had. The bread was to die for! They make it daily on the...

We were a table of 5. Highlights included the carpaccio, fried spinach and coconut ice cream. We will be back.
We truly enjoyed our time at La Terraza last evening. The owners are gracious, giving the help credit for the restaurant. Service was excellent, with samples of the sauces brought to the table, bread without garlic when it was noted I could not eat garlic, a sample of their new drink at the end of the evening, and attentive servers...
