Dear Albert and Family we cannot begin to express the enjoyment we have at your restaurant. The food so fresh and delecious. The calamari to die for and the canelloni homemade and is one of my favorites...If you love Italian dinning this is the place in Cancun... I cannot wait to back there next year, it will be first on...

If you ever want to get an Italian trip in Cancun, this is the place. The food to die for, my husband and I have been there 2 times in 1 week stay. The owner is there every night, awesome wine list and food is exelent
This is a very family oriented restaurant with great food and good prices. Owners & his nephew are very personable.
We had the best seafood in Cancun last night. There were 6 of us to share fresh clams, oysters, mussels, and crab. They prepare your seafood however you wish. Raw, baked, fried, sautéed. You decide. I also had the Pasta smothered in lobster and vodka sauce. Fabulous!
We've been coming here for @4 years and have always had a wonderful meal. This year Paolo himself was working the front of the house with his special charm. He played with our 4 year old grandson and made him a special dessert.
Our dinners were as delicious as always; perfectly done asperagus and pasta seasoned beautifully, fishs properly cooked...

Paolo is an institution in Cancun. His personal involvement & creativity have been an inspiration to the Mexican Caribbean's culinary scene. Try his "Boquinete al limon y mantequilla", served fresh every day.
Went for our 3rd visit over the years and Paolo and his nephew, Albert, always remember our family even though it's only a yearly visit. The food is outstanding, authentic Northern Italian and everything is delicious and fresh. Paolo and Albert spend as much time in the dining area as they do in the kitchen and greet every guest personally....

Since the move to Bonampak the restaurant has dropped a notch. It is authentic Italian, but the old fashioned friendliness isn't quite what it was. However, I may have been there on an off night. Their food has always been good. Guive it a try. You won't regret it. Our last visit was Feb. of 2011.
Hopefully nothing goes wrong when you dine here because it seems as though the big boss does not take kindly when you inform him that the meal was incorrectly served , which In this case, was once for my wife and twice for me. It was also quite apparent that he and his nephew, who is second in command, stayed clear...
