Of course we are from Chicago where we are spoiled by a great number of the world-class dining...but for the money you are going to spend in Aioli you can have one fabulous dinner (think du Mexique) or two amazing dinners (think Peter's) in Cancun. I chose this restaurant for our anniversary thanks to the Frommer's Cancun guide. Based on... More

I went to Aioli a few times while staying at Le Meridien. The breakfast is just okay. The evening menu takes this restaurant to a whole new level. You can have seriously world class dinner at Aioli after dark. Expect to pay about $150 for two. I may have had one the best prepared steaks in my life. The tomato... More

We had dinner and brought our toddler along. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The food was absolutely outstanding. Serving , presentation and tastes were extraordinary. We highly recommend the foie gras. The wine choices and recommendations were perfect. The house complimentary treats (light appetizer, "trou normand", and desserts) added a touch of elegance that will be hard to... More

This is our third dinner here, and it's never crowded. Maybe it's the cost or maybe it's in a hotel...for whatever reason though, I'm stumped. My wife and I think this is the best restaurant in Cancun. The service is impeccable and the food is imaginative and delicious (and expensive). I had the creamed onion soup and she had the... More

We were steered there by a concierge at the Westin Lagunamar (they are both Starwood properties). We were to get points and a 20% discount which sounded enticing. When we got there were taken through an empty restaurant to a section with about 8 tables. That is all the customers they had! The prices were very high, soup for $9... More

Executive Chef Jose Mejia with his excellent staff prepare the most wonderful cousine at Aioli. His tasteful style of fusion and beatiful presentation demonstrates his passion for culinary art. The wait staff at Aioli is one of the best we have ever experienced. Our favourite restaurant in Cncun.

Impeccable service, if not a little too obtrusive at times. Meal however, was excellent. Went with the waiters suggestion for appetizer and was not disappointed. Beef and lobster carpaccio was sublime. A real masterpiece. A recommendation for a special meal in Cancun!
