El mercadito is conveniently located on Diego Dugelay right by the end of the pedestrian street. Food is pre-prepared so it's a good place to go for a quick meal or take out. A little bit expensive but the food is good.

Local food prepared by local people in a friendly little place in El Centro.....quite inexpensive, and the service is attentive as well. I have heard lots of people who are staying in nearby hotels and posadas have their food delivered to their rooms, and I can understand why. Definitely check this place out while you are in SC!

Doña Luvia presides over this family-run small restaurant, which has been doing a lively business providing take-out meals chiefly for local residents during twenty-seven years.
