This restaurant has exceptional food and great service. The appetizers are also great, especially the grilled artichoke and salads. The entrées are huge and definitely can be shared, or half taken home. It is just north of Vallarta right before the arches. Easy to find and they have valet parking.

This place has the best Vacio in town. That is an argentinian cut of beef that we don't see in the USA. It is tender, flavorful and quite amazing. It is best ordered for 2 then the single if possible. I prefer the bigger facility up, off Hidalgo, as the one on Pedro Moreno is not as large or festive....Great... More

Nice place, good service. But by the time we got our steak we'd finished the fries and the side of veg was cold. Will give the place a second chance on our next trip.

we had a NY prepared to perfection, about 1 Kg ( 2.2 # for the metrically challenged) and a fantastic wine all for a reasonable price.

I believe I've visited most the famous Argentinian restaurants in Guadalajara, but "La Vaca" is still my favorite dining spot. The ambiance and the food quality is great. My favorites: Bife de lomo, Arrachera, Vacío and Atun Sellado. The winelist is very complete and they have all bottles on the menu (not always the case in Mexico...!).
