Description: The restaurant Zibu reclaims the part history that Acapulco held in the transport of spices to the culinary world in Mexico. The creation of new dishes that fuse Asian ingredients with Mexican flavors creates the menu of the restaurant and the Mextai cuisine.

Very nice restaurant, 20 minutes from our hotel. Serves sea food with a fusion from Japan. Zibu was the ship sailing back and forward between Acapulco and Zibu in Japan. So they brought asian tastes to the mexican kitchen. We had an nice experience at this restaurant. Maybe to many waiters standing around and pooring wine and water, but all... More

The place it's worth the visit. very romantic, but don' go on rainy season, because the best part of the restaurant are the terraces.. The food is very good if you like an oriental/mexican combination of tastes. Good service a bit expensive, but worth the visit if you want to go to a nice open restaurant overlooking the Pichilingue Bay.

This was one of our favorite dinners while in Acapulco. It was suggested by our driver Roberto Alarcon. It is a Mexican/Thai fusion and the food was amazing, the view was spectacular, the restaurant was incredible and the service was EXCELENTE! Need I say more. The only negative was that maybe it was a little too dark. Although the dim... More

Everything in this restaurant combines to give its patrons a lovely evening. The views are beautiful, the food delicious and the service outstanding. Go on Fri or Sat night, when the flu gel horn player, Edward Buckley, is playing. The sound of his horn in the open air of this restaurant is just wonderful. We were lucky enough to be... More

Zibu is by far one of Acapulco's best restaurants. The place is gorgeous. Perched on a cliff surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, Zibu not only offers stunning views, but perfectly crafted Mex-Thai cuisine. Lalo, as his friends call him, is a seasoned chef who has mastered the fusion of oriental ingredients with the best of Mexican cuisine, and the end... More
