I live in Todos Santos and I love the big sign at the south entrance of town. The colors are warm and inviting. The sign of Rumi's could not be better. It is perfect for the beautiful setting inside, vibrant colors, wonderful mandala, it fits the colorful atmosphere ot Todos Santos and does not detract or compromise any other signs...it should not be taken down because of one persons viewpoint.

I am writing this review to refute the recent criticism I have read regarding the RUmi Sign. I DISAGREE that it is not offensive to the town and or location. We were surprised at how cold it was inside the restaurant. The service was slow and the food almost as cold as the temperature. An altogether unpleasant dining experience. Todos Santos has many fine restaurants. This isn't one of them.

The food may be fine, but there is a GIANT billboard type sign that has recently gone up for this restaurant, in a town without signage like that...why? Last year I gave this restaurant a rave review. I returned expecting the same great food. Unfortunately this time the Kung Pao chicken was sweet rather than spicy and nothing to rave about. We were the only diners and still the service was slow. I'll skip this one from now on.
