We found Trocadero by accident walking the back streets of La Paz, what a brilliant find. Wonderful people, really cool environment, truly exceptional menu and a stunning new wine from Ensenada. If you love slightly upscale without the upmarket prices, Trocadero waits for you.

Very good, I will say it's the best restaurant in La Paz.

I had read some reviews of TrocaderO so looked for and found the restaurant for dinner. Very sexy bistro with an appealing menu. I arrived about 20:00 on a Wednesday evening and as expected was the only guest throughout dinner. Great! I'd have the kitchen's full attention. Given the French influence I opted for the Steak au Poivre and Frites.... More

I just returned from an evening with friends at this fine dining restaurant. The food is wonderful. The steak done to perfection. My friends both raved about their meals. There is light fare as well as the more robust meal, such as the Fillet TrocaderO. It is in the higher price range of restaurants in La Paz. My only issue... More

A level of food and service you'd never expect to find in La Paz. The food was fresh and beautifully prepared and served. The chef/owner came out for a visit and was thrilled that we were enjoying it so. The place serves tapas and has a full wine bar, so it is a good place to visit for a light... More

We really like this place. We've been quite a few times and are always served by the owners' son Rodrigo who is always friendly. Our last night in La Paz he gave us a lesson on mezcal. He told us about its history and how best to enjoy it; with lemon, salt and chapulines (grasshoppers)! It was a great ending... More

Enjoyed a fine meal with our 8 party group. Service was superb, all meals excellent in quality and presentation. The owner / chef came out to our table to ensure our satisfaction. One of the best meals I've had in Mexico. When in La Paz, you have to go.
