We visited Sala Bua after a recommendation from a colleague who ate there several times during December 2011. It was a little tricky to find the first time we visited Ao Nang, but we were so impressed, we visited a further 2 times during our vacation. On all occasions, we were able to get a table sat right out on... More

We enjoyed dinner here last night, we only ate off the thai menu and everything was equally good. The standout was the clams and the chicken with basil leaves. But everything we had was delicious and freshly prepared and served in a very nicely decorated place off the main track. Go here and you will be very happy with both... More

Great thai food and seafood (we didn't have anything from the Italian menu) can't go wrong with this place down the laneway by the sea. We ate after dark, so didnt get the benefit of the view, but the overall setting was superb, service good and the food was excellent. We had clams with thai herbs, tamarind prawns, massaman chicken... More

The seafood pasta that I had was..well not too bad? Could add some more seasoning though. It was recommended by the server (though I thought I was getting fish - cause I asked for fish). Atmosphere, excellent. Service.. Not too bad.

Great location on the water, fun place to watch the sunset! We chose to eat Italian food and it was good!

This was the perfect place for me and my husband as he loves Thai and I love Italian and they do both, perfect! So much to choose from and everything that we ate here was amazing. Loved the sound of the sea whilst we were eating and great value for money. Really worth a visit. Pizza was fab...

Coconut shake was excellent, they also have a lime soda that is very refreshing. Food is tasty. Did not try the Italian but saw an amaxing Calzone being served to a couple of Italians with their Thai wives at a neighbouring table. Very friendly and they provide wi-fi access on request.

We took the Thai food instead of Italian food. The view by the beach is fantastic...! The Tom Yam Gung was delicious with generous amount of prawn. Grilled seabass on banana leaf was normal as the it tasted too "raw". I woudn't recommmend the pineapple fried rice as the pineapple they used to serve with the rice was cold. Thus... More

This is located on the seafood street which is located somewhat along Aonang Beach but definitely a cleaner version. The atmosphere is nice without the hassle of the beach. The food : They serve italian, Thai and seafood. I read the other review on TA and went. My fav is the mussel with white wine and egg noodle Lobster pasta.... More
