Heard about this place on trip advisor. Ww rented bikes and rode from grand lucaya. About 25 minutes. There is no address and when we asked around for directions people were not that sure either. It's on fourtune bay drive just west of the intersection of magellan. The beach view was so worth it. Was pretty empty when we got... More

I went completely bananas here. I had the banana drink and the banana bread. What a surprise, they brought out a whole loave of banana bread and it was heavenly. I could not stop eating. The drink could have been a little stronger, but it was good. The view was wonderful and the place was really clean. My friends and... More

Lunch was great...banana bread is to die for (although they won't share the recipe!) and swimming is ideal for children. Fun, fun spot!

This place is BEAUTIFUL! Gorgeous white sand and clear water. It had a nice hammock to relax in and delicious drinks at the bar, a little pricey though. When we visited there was only about 10 of us on the entire beach so it was nice to relax and get away from the crazyness. The only negative about this place... More

We went on an excursion to the East end caves at the Lucaya National Park. This was not at all worth the money, but on the way back the driver stopped for lunch. It was a little pricey, and had we know we were literally about 5 miles from the resort, we could have had all we wanted there. The food... More

The first thing you will notice when you arrive is how breathtaking the beach is. The color of the water is beautiful. The beach goes on for miles. We visit Freeport several times a year and this is always on our list of places to go to. We always have lunch and it's always has great food and service. Definitely... More

OK OK, there really isn't but hey the food is AWESOME. Try the Fried Conch, or the Turkey wrap, or the hamburger. There really is nothing bad on the menu, i went back three times. LOL.

We had read that you must have the Bannana Bread if you go to Bannana Bay. Well we did and YES, it's a MUST. We also had lunch there and everything was excellent. There is a large seating area on a deck right in front of the ocean. The beach is beautiful and our kids loved playing in the ocean... More

Good food (Mahi Mahi was great) and drink (v tasty Planters Punch). Not huge portions, but fine for light lunch. The view over the ocean is hard to beat and the beach is well worth hanging out on; kids can wade out a long way and never be in water much above their waist. No coral close to shore here... More
